SPIRITS OFF \(World Premiere\) By Mary Barile and Brett D. Johnson Directed by Dr. Brett D. Johnson Taylor Little Theatre A self-proclaimed medium and her ragtag team of assistants stage elaborate séances for the wealthy and gullible—but when an influential widow arrives with a hard-nosed skeptic and a spiritually attuned actress in tow, the evening veers hilariously off course. Inspired by the true story of the Fox Sisters, “Spirits Off” is a theatrical farce where the line between performance and the paranormal begins to blur. Expect floating tambourines, flying ectoplasm, and a comedy that’s truly to die for.
