The Water and Municipal Authority Boards will hold their regular public meetings at 5 PM in the Council workroom of the Borough building, 124 Meadville Street. These meetings will generally be held quarterly on the second Monday of January, April, July, and October, but may be held monthly if needed. Monthly meetings are held to conduct the Authority's business as well as to plan future capital improvements, system upgrades, receive public input and to ensure that all federal (U.S. EPA) and state (PA.
