Get ready to stretch, relax, and make some new four-legged friends! Our brand-new Goat Yoga is a fun, beginner-friendly class led by The Alchemy Studio (9/16 & 9/23) and Dreaming Tree Yoga (9/30) featuring 8 of our baby goats roaming freely during your yoga session. Bring your own yoga mat or towel (an older mat or one you don't mind getting a little dirty is recommended!), water bottle, and anything else you need to feel comfortable. A small bag of goat food is included with your experience, so you'll get a chance to make some new goat friends up close! Come ready to relax, laugh, and enjoy yoga with a few unexpected goat interruptions along the way! 🐐💕
